Project Manager
For nearly 100 years, Novinger’s Inc. has served as a trusted specialty contractor across the Mid-Atlantic. Our work spans exterior systems, interior finishes, prefabricated panels, and specialty services. We support complex commercial and institutional construction projects through careful planning, skilled execution, and strong field coordination.
We are seeking a Project Manager to support projects from preconstruction through close-out. This role works closely with owners, general contractors, design teams, and internal field leadership.
Position Overview
The Project Manager plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering construction projects safely, efficiently, and in alignment with contract requirements.
This position requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a working understanding of construction sequencing. The Project Manager serves as a central point of coordination between the field, office, and project partners, helping ensure work progresses smoothly and expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from award through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and documentation
- Coordinate closely with superintendents, foremen, and field teams
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Support preconstruction planning, material procurement, and scheduling
- Manage submittals, RFIs, and change documentation
- Monitor project costs and assist with forecasting
- Participate in jobsite meetings and coordination discussions
- Communicate regularly with general contractors, construction managers, and design teams
- Support close-out documentation and final project delivery

Experience with specialty trades, interior systems, exterior systems, or prefabrication is helpful but not required
